MOUNTAIN MEADOWS REALTY WELCOMES EMILE
CLOUTIER
Madeline Hill
Realtor Emile Cloutier is joining Linda Doren, Hunter, and me at
Mountain Meadows Realty in July as our Designated Principal Real
Estate Broker. I'll remain at Mountain Meadows Realty as Principal
Real Estate Broker. Linda continues in her "super woman" role of
Real Estate Broker and Office Manager, and Hunter continues in his
role as photographer and network administrator.
We're excited that Emile is here at Mountain Meadow Realty, and look
forward to having him as a member of our team. You may have noticed
that we're seeing a definite increase in the number of people
looking at Mountain Meadows as a great place to live. When a
business needs to hire more employees to handle the extra work, that
is a good thing.
Emile just retired from a successful career with Gateway Real Estate
in Ashland, where he dealt primarily with residential properties. He
is known for listening to client needs and providing service during
and after transactions, and he'll be a wonderful addition to our
office. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Emile owned and operated a
business in Ashland for fourteen years. Before that he was
Department Administrator of the respiratory therapy program at
Stanford University Hospital. He is past president of the Ashland
Board of Realtors, past president of the Rogue Valley Association of
Realtors, and a Director of the Oregon Association of Realtors.
He's also been very active in the community. Emile served on the
City of Ashland Budget Committee for seven years, was President of
the Ashland Chamber of Commerce, and served seven years as chair of
the Chamber's 4th of July Committee. In addition, he's served as
President of the Kiwanis Club of Ashland, the Kiwanis District
Chair, and as Lt. Governor of the Kiwanis Pacific Northwest
District.
Increasing our staff from two to three licensed real estate brokers
will allow Hunter and me to do a bit of traveling. I plan to laugh
more, exercise more, reduce my stress level and change from
multi-tasking to "single tasking." I'm still going to work here full
time—however, I'll be changing my own definition of "full-time" from
seven days a week to four days a week
